The first hybrid parsnip variety! It has been bred specifically to have the capacity to establish and flourish quickly. It is loved because of its exquisite shape and blemish-free, silky, white skin. Because of the high quality roots that come with this hybrid when it grows quickly, it adds a deliciously sweet, earthy flavour to your dish. Perfect for roasting or casseroles. Sow in even rows outdoors from January to April. Harvest from September to February or when required.
