- Standard delivery includes an order between 0-26kg in weight.
- Bulky orders are classified as products requiring pallet delivery. All are excluded from free delivery, and incur a €40 flat rate delivery charge.

Where is my order?
Standard parcel delivery is 2-4 working days, feed and bulky deliveries can take between 3-7 working days, however, we aim to deliver as quickly as possible. If your delivery isn’t completed within these timeframes, please contact us at [email protected]
The order status within your account area refers specifically to order completion and despatch from the warehouse, it does not update regarding courier status.
How can I track my order?
All standard orders are shipped with An Post and you will receive an SMS notification for each parcel regarding delivery date. Bulky pallets or oversized deliveries are shipped via the Breens transport and Pallet network, no integrated tracking is available currently.
The pallet courier may contact you in advance via telephone to advise that the order is being delivered (please note this may be on the same day as delivery).
I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
Large orders can be shipped in multiple packages and the courier may split them from time to time. If you receive partial delivery, please allow 24 hours for the remainder to arrive. If after a further 24 hours, the remaining items have not been delivered, please contact us at [email protected] and we will follow up with the relevant courier.
My product has a lead time, when will it be delivered?
Certain items are made to order or delivered directly from our suppliers, therefore they have a longer lead time. Items such as Woodford gates, Flemings machinery and Condon equipment require a longer time to deliver. The lead time is an estimation, and actual times can vary overall.

Can I amend or swap my order?
Once an order has been placed, no amendments can be made due to payment processing rules (we do not store any card details to allow us change the value charged).
To change an order, we would cancel the original order and ask you to replace a new order with all the correct items.
Swapping clothing or different sizes of products that are the same value also requires a new order to be placed and the original order will be cancelled/refunded to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can cancel it. Contact us right away at [email protected] or call us on 0818 321 321 to process the cancellation.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your order arrives and is damaged or faulty, please notify us asap, photograph the damage and include these images in any communications, we will investigate the damages and find the root cause where the damage occurred. Your order will be uplifted and replaced/refunded depending on the availability of replacement stock.

Any Damages/Breakages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery being received.
What if I need to return my order?
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period where you may change your mind on your purchase. If you wish to return the item to us you can, once the item is unopened and in its original condition, you will be provided with a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
You can return standard items via An Post, using their return my shopping service: https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Returns
Just enter Tirlán and select us as the retailer, fill out all remaining details and An Post will collect directly from you and return to us. (Please note An Post charge €6.00 per parcel for returns).
Alternatively, we can organise the collection of your returned product if you wish and the return fee will be deducted from overall refund (Please note fee may vary depending on courier required).
For bulky pallet items to be returned, please contact us at [email protected] or via phone at 0818 321 321 to organise the return as we will organise a specialised pallet courier, we will require that you can put the returned items together safely back on the pallet for collection.
Please inform us of any items you wish to return, this will allow us to process the return quickly once the item is physically back in our warehouse.

Are any items excluded from return?
Temperature controlled products, like animal vaccines, are exempt and cannot be returned due to change of mind. These products are clearly marked as temperature controlled on their product page. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any perishable items that have a short shelf life or Best Before Date that have not been used in a timely manner, such as flower bulbs, dog food or medicine treatments.
How do I qualify for Free delivery?
All standard items are included in our free delivery offer once the €199 threshold is met. We do exclude bulky items from free delivery as these require pallet delivery with a tail lift needed for offloading. Bulky items are highlighted on the product page with following icon:
Certain heavy items are restricted from free delivery items due to their weight, items such as Compost, Stone Chippings and Coal will be charged delivery based on weight and volume. (Max charge €40 bulky pallet charge). These items are marked on the product page with following icons:
Hazardous items are excluded from free delivery due to requirements for specialised handling during shipping. Items such as Agro Chemicals are marked as Hazardous on the product page with following icon:
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Republic of Ireland only excluding PO Boxes. For island deliveries we can arrange with you in advance. Please contact us at [email protected] or via phone at 0818 321 321 with details for island delivery to assess your options.
For island delivery we can delivery to local dock for signed delivery and allow you to arrange onward delivery – this excludes bulky items.
What is kerbside delivery?
All bulky items are delivered on a pallet via lorry. Kerbside delivery means the driver will drop the pallet at entrance to the address in a safe location they can access with the lorry and tail lift to offload. It is at the driver’s discretion to drop the pallet any further into the yard/driveway.
Please note all timber pallets included with the order will not be taken back by the courier.
If the driver is unable to find a safe location to offload, delivery may be refused and returned.
Do you offer timed delivery?
No, we cannot guarantee exact time and date of delivery, we work with our couriers to deliver everything as quickly as possible but cannot take requests to delivery at specific times.
What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If your order is a standard parcel being delivered with An Post, delivery will be attempted as per your normal postal service. An Post will leave a note at the home address if delivery cannot be completed and items will be available to collect via the local post office.
For bulky pallet delivery, the courier will attempt kerbside delivery and leave your delivery in a safe location, please notify us in advance if you may not be available to take delivery and any specific instructions required at your address.
Can I collect my order directly from your warehouse or my local branch?
All orders placed via our website are shipped centrally from our warehouse, we do not take stock from our local branches. Your order cannot be collected from a branch or directly from our warehouse as it is not open for public access.
We do offer a click and reserve facility for items that can be reserved once a local branch has available stock, this is visible on the item product page.
