Pak Choi is ideal to use as a baby leaf in salads or left to mature if you wish to use it in stir fries. Pak Choi produces high yields that taste great. The seeds will grow into a white stemmed short and compact vegetable. Pak choi can also be known as the following including bok choy, horse's ear, Chinese celery cabbage and white mustard cabbage
