Suttons Seed Sweet Corn Minipop F1 is a delectable addition to your garden that promises a burst of flavour whether lightly steamed, stir-fried, or enjoyed raw in salads or as pre-dinner dips. Key Features:

-Versatile Culinary Use: Enjoy the deliciousness of Sweet Corn Minipop F1 in various culinary creations—lightly steamed, stir-fried, raw in salads, or as a delightful pre-dinner snack.

-Harvesting Tip: Harvest when the silk tassels start to appear, just before pollination, to savour the optimal sweetness and tenderness of the miniature cobs.

Growing Information:

-Sowing Period: Sow under unheated glass in pots in April for planting outdoors in mid-May. Alternatively, sow outdoors in May, preferably under cloches. (14-16 weeks maturity.)

-Indoor Sowing: Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or place one seed per 50mm (2") pot in a greenhouse at approximately 18-21?C (65-70? F) using high-quality compost. Cover the seed with 19mm (3⁄4") of compost. Grow on and plant out when the risk of frost has passed, leaving 38cm (15") between plants in each direction.

-Outdoor Sowing: Alternatively, sow directly outside when soil conditions are warm.

-Regular Harvesting: Pick miniature cobs regularly before pollination to encourage ongoing mini cob production.
