Arc Powder Mortar is a high quality cement dye for use in mortar and concrete. Add the mortar tone to the dry mix and mix well until the colour is dispersed prior to adding clean water. To achieve consistency of colour in each mix, use the same grades of cement, sand, aggregates and mix ratio. For full strength colour, use 1/2kg of mortar tone to 10kg of cement. Store in a dry place.
