Unique mixture of Cos Lettuce. Great colour, shape, texture and sweetness of baby leaf stage. Ready to eat in just 3 to 4 weeks. Quick and easy lettuces are many peoples first veggie crop. Try mixing red and green lettuce leaves to add a note of bitterness to salads, or try slicing up little gem lettuces and sauteing with peas and garlic for an alternative homegrown lunch.

Growing Information: Choose a sunny position and sow thinly into warm, moist soil in pots, covering the seed lightly and firming the soil gently. Thin seedlings to around 3cm apart. Grow on keeping the soil moist. Take the first clipping with scissors 14-20 days from sowing. Harvest the seedlings some 3cm above the soil to allow new leaf growth. Repeat this process 2-3 times, we recommend a fortnightly sowing to ensure mini salads throughout the summer. For the best taste harvest leaves at a young stage.
