The Hipex Ground Cover is a heavy duty woven cover for weed control. The semi-permeable layer allows air and water to pass through easily but creates a barrier that weeds cannot break. It is ideal for use in flower beds, under trees and hedges. This can be used both indoors and outdoors. Its design smothers weeds but allows free flow of water.
