The Flexothane Navy Padded Jacket is 100% waterproof and windproof and features a quilted fixed hood to ensure you stay completely dry while out in the elements. The jacket is lightweight and noiseless and has 2 front pockets with press stud flaps. To ensure a comfortable fit the jacket is very stretchable and has raglan sleeves.
