The Draper Storm Force Bandsaw, with a 245mm cutting capacity and a powerful 420W motor, is perfect for trade or home workshops. Designed for cutting wood, wood-derived materials, and plastics, this bandsaw operates with a revolving endless saw band carried on two band wheels. The welded steel body ensures rigidity and stability, while adjustable blade tensioning and tracking facilitate precise cutting. A mitre guide is included for crosscut work, graduated to 30 degrees for both left and right angles. The table tilts from 0 to 45 degrees, allowing for angled, ripping, mitre, and bevel cuts. Safety is enhanced with a no-volt release switch that prevents the uncontrolled re-start of the blade after a power interruption. This bandsaw is supplied with a 6tpi blade, parallel rip fence, and other accessories, and can be floor-standing or mounted on a separately available stand (Stock No. 94969).
