Balcas Incised UC4 / IS436 PERMAPOSTS are kiln dried, machine rounded and once pointed timber posts. Each post is kiln dried to reduce moisture content and then machine incised at critical ground contact level to ensure optimum preservative penetration using Tanalith green wood preservative. The preservative is applied under pressure using a controlled industrial treatment vessel. This ensures both accuracy and consistency of treatment.
Balcas Incised UC4 / IS436 PERMAPOSTS are supplied with a 15 Year performance guarantee* against decay and insect attack and they meet the requirements of both IS436 and BS8417, UC4 ground contact. PERMAPOSTS are designed for agricultural fencing projects.
